		<description>I live in Thunder Bay, and I do this trail about 3 times a year in the summer and late fall.
It&#039;s a trail that a person can do by themselves. Parking is at the beginning of the trail in a very nice spot. The trail is well maintained by the Lakehead Region Conservation Authority.
Good access is available because of the necessary maintenance of the Dam. Being 70 years old, I can recommend this trail to anyone.</description>
