How do I check the status of my subscription?
To check your subscription status, log in here.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account.
- If you don’t know your login you can click on Forgot Password so you can set a new password.
- Once you are logged in you will see your account information displayed, with a link below to cancel your subscription.

Once you click on Cancel your subscription you will see a confirmation page where you can confirm your cancellation.
How do I update my credit card information?
- To update your credit card information Log In to your account.
- Click on the blue Update Credit Card Details button to enter your new information
