Superior Hiking makes no warranties, expressed or implied, concerning the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information and data provided through the Products, and such information and data should not be construed or used as a legal description. Activities associated with the Products can at times involve the risk of injury, death, property damage, and other dangers associated with such activities. You understand that Superior Hiking cannot and does not assume responsibility for any such personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from your use of the Products. Superior Hiking is not responsible for the misuse or misrepresentation of the information and/or data provided through the Products, and any reliance you place on such information and/or data is therefore strictly at your own risk.
Privacy & Confidentiality
We are extremely committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need-to-know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Governments have created specific offenses for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible. Your payment details are collected Stripe and stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. No credit card data is retained by Us.
Any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep on them, on the provision that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Clients with appropriate written information, handouts, or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company and its vendors will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
Payment
Stripe transactions are Our current methods of payment. Our terms are payment in full or via payment plan upon a digital transaction. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
Security
We take the security of all Our customers and transactional data very seriously. Our site is maintained, updated, and secured to the best of our ability within the best practices of website security. The website is additionally secured via the server-side by our hosting company. Any breaches or issues with the hosting company are out of our control.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Digital and Information Products
Due to the nature of some of the goods and services offered on this website (i.e. digital and information products) including online courses full and partial refunds are not offered because it’s impossible for you to return the item(s) or knowledge received after purchase.
Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days for non-sale items shipped within Canada. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-returnable items:
– Gift cards
– Sale items (unless damaged or defective)
– International orders (unless damaged or defective)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send any returns or exchanges to Box 73 Hilton Beach, Ontario Canada P0R 1G0 along with the original receipt emailed to you. Please circle or highlight the item being returned/exchanged, and on the back please specify why you’d like a return or exchange. If an exchange, please indicate what size or variant you would like to exchange for. If we do not have the variant you would like exchanged for, a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee for the product being processed will be given. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
– Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit minus a 10% restocking fee will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded and are final (unless damaged or defective).
International orders (if applicable)
Only orders shipped within Canada may be refunded, international orders cannot be refunded and are final (unless damaged or defective).
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only pay for shipping on items both ways if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@superiorhiking.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping items with a value of over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If we receive a package with no printed email receipt, we will email you regarding your package. If we do not hear from you within 10 business days, your order will be subject to a 50% restocking fee and you will be refunded 50% of your original order.
Support & Availability
Product support is provided to customers with purchases. Support is provided via contact@superiorhiking.com or via our contact page. Upon license expiration or account closure, a Client’s access to support is terminated.
We support our own products and courses only. We do not provide support for third-party products or services, nor do we provide support for our own products when obtained through third parties, unless through an authorized 3rd party marketplace. Our products are provided as-is. We do not provide support with product customization, alteration, or feature addition, nor do we guarantee that our products will be compatible with third-party software or services.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button in the footer of the email. We try our best to get back to emails and other support requests within 24-48 hrs Mon-Friday EST.
Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are available on a Global Basis. All advertising is intended for the Global market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs, and text available through this site. When purchasing a product, course, or downloading a free item, you’ll be added to our email list. We promise not to spam or send a high amount of emails. Your information and email are secure and will not be exposed or sold to 3rd party companies. We’re able to be reached via email or the contact page. Due to this many communication outlets, we try to honor our goal of getting back to inquiries within 24-48hrs but in some cases, it may be longer.

Force Majeure & Waiver
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, the act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.
